Shipping policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver to standard mainland UK addresses, excluding the following postcode areas: AB, IV, KW, and PH. If you are located in an excluded area or outside the UK, please contact us prior to placing your order to obtain a bespoke shipping quote.

Despatch Times / Delivery Information

Orders placed and confirmed before 12pm (midday) will be processed the next working day wherever possible. 

  • Orders under 50kg will be processed and sent on a next day service via DPD
  • Orders over 50kg will be shipped on a pallet via our trusted pallet network, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery
  • Pallet dimensions are 1200x800mm (euro pallet), with height varying dependant on quantity of material ordered
  • Orders via pallet will always be sent on a vehicle with a tail lift & pallet truck
  • Orders will be delivered Monday - Friday, between 9am and 5pm
  • We cannot deliver to flats, and deliveries will be made to the pavement only
  • Failed deliveries will be returned to Boud Minerals and refunded, minus any carriage costs incurred 

Pallet Deliveries

Palletised orders are delivered on vehicles equipped with a tail lift and pallet truck. Standard pallet dimensions are 1200mm x 800mm (Euro pallet), with variable height depending on the order size.

Packaging

  • PVA Flakes are supplied in 20kg units.
  • Aggregates are supplied in 25kg units.

All products are securely bagged and boxed. Larger orders may be palletised for safe transit.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to update you. You may cancel your order for a full refund if the delay is likely to be substantial and you no longer wish to proceed.
