Right to Cancel
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
If your order is delivered in parts, the 14-day cancellation period begins the day after the final part is delivered.

Returning Products
Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.
- Returns are at your own cost unless otherwise agreed.
- Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
- If we do not receive the goods, or receive them in an unsatisfactory condition, we may reduce your refund accordingly.

Refunds
- We will refund the cost of the product and standard delivery charges.
- Additional fees for express or timed delivery are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.
- If the goods have not yet been dispatched at the time of cancellation, refunds will be issued as soon as possible and within 14 days of notification.
Deductions
If returned goods are used, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately at www.boud.com/contact. We honour our legal obligation to provide goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Depending on the circumstances and timeline:
- You may be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
- Refunds for faulty goods are issued in line with statutory timeframes.
